Account & Data Deletion Policy

LupoTrail provides transparent, friction-free mechanisms for all users to delete their account profile and any associated data records at any time.

Method 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Self-Service)

If you have the LupoTrail app installed on your smartphone:

1. Open the LupoTrail application.
2. Tap the Settings gear icon on your dashboard.
3. Select your User Profile card.
4. Scroll down to the danger zone and tap "Delete Account & Data".
5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

This immediately purges your local activity history, saved routes, equipment records, and account credentials from your device.

Method 2: Email Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer our team to verify complete data erasure on your behalf, you can submit a request via email:

• Email Address: [email protected]
• Subject Line: LupoTrail Account Deletion Request
• Information to Include: Your account email address or registered display name.
• Processing Timeframe: Deletion requests are processed manually within 5 business days, and you will receive a confirmation response once completed.

What Data Is Erased

Upon account deletion, the following items are permanently erased:

• User account credentials and profile preferences.
• Activity histories, GPS trajectory coordinates, and split intervals.
• Bluetooth sensor pairing associations and equipment configurations.
• Any cached diagnostics and telemetry records.
